Overview

It is required by Law. This type of registration allows the public to know who is operating a company. It helps you avoid legal problems with government. Secures your reputation as a legitimate business.

There are diffrent types of business

Private Limited Company

  • Number of members must be between 2-200.
  • Must be at least two directors and two shareholders.
  • Each director must have a Directors Identification Number (DIN).

Partnership Firm

  • Minimum two numbers as partners.
  • Maximum of equal or less than twenty partners.

HUF Registration

  • It consists of a common ancestor and all of his lineal descendants, including their wives and unmarried daughter.

MSME / Udyam Aadhar Registration

  • Person who intends to establish micro, small or medium enterprise.

PAN Card Application

A PAN Number is ten digit numbers in alphabets and numerical terms that is allocated by Income Tax Department to all the taxpayers, and is unique with each Individual. It helps the authorities keep track of financial activities of any Individual, as PAN is integral to all forms of payments.

Why it's necessary?

  • To file income tax returns.
  • It serves as a proof of identity.
  • To open a new bank account and depository account.
  • To apply for credit card and bank loans.
  • For sale or purchase of immoveable property within Rs. 5 Lacs and more valuation.
  • Any payment to restaurants exceeding Rs. 25000.
  • Depositing into bank account an amount of Rs. 50000 and more.
  • For sale or purchase of a car or any other vehicle (apart from two wheeler)
  • Payment of an amount Rs. 50000 and more towards investment purpose.
  • For jewellery purchase after the prescribed limit.

Digital Signature Certificate

It is a secure digital key that certifies the identity of the holder. It use public key infrastructure for data that has been digitally signed or encrypted by a private key. This certificate also works as an authentication that establishes your credentials when conducting business online.

General Instructions

  • Signature of applicant should be as it is in Identity Proof.
  • Photo of the applicant in application form should be signed across by the applicant.
  • All supporting documents should be attested by either of Gazetted officer / Bank Manager / Post Master.
  • For proof of attesting officer either one of the below mandatory – contact details of Attesting Officer including the name , designation, office address and contact number. This should be as part of attestation. If provided separately, it should be attested either by Applicant or Attesting officer OR Self Attested copy of Organisational Identity card of attesting officer.
  • Organisational documents can also be attested by Authorised Signatory.
  • If organisational documents are attested by Authorised signatory, attested copy of organisational ID card of the Authorised signatory is mandatory.
  • Video & Mobile verification is compulsory for all class of digital signature certificate.
